### Return and Exchange Policy for Ma7lcom Store

**Return and Exchange Period:**

- Products can be returned within 3 days from the purchase date, and exchanged within 7 days, provided that the product, packaging, and receipt are intact.

**Return and Exchange Conditions:**

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The customer bears the cost of return, exchange, or shipping during the warranty or exchange period.

**Warranty Exceptions:**

- The warranty does not cover misuse.
- All accessories and thermal packaging are not covered under warranty.
- Recharge cards, SIM cards, and internet SIMs cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Earphones:**

- Earphones cannot be returned or exchanged after the package has been opened, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

**Warranties:**

- Apple products are covered by the authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia (Arab Computers).
- Sharks protection packages are covered by the manufacturer.

**Devices:**

- Devices cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

**Ma7lcom Store"s Right to Cancel Orders:**

- Ma7lcom Store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer for any reason without prior notice. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

**Product Inspection:**

- In case of an exchange under warranty, Ma7lcom Store reserves the right to open the product for inspection and verification before shipping it to the customer.
